The Michael W. Smith Community Center provides a comfortable hall with affordable rental options for families, nonprofits, and local organizations — a place where community connection is supported and memories can be made.
Nearly 1,000 square feet with tables, chairs, and a kitchenette — ready for gatherings of up to 60 guests.
Clear day and hourly pricing starting at $75, with reduced rates for verified nonprofits. No surprises.

The center offers nearly a thousand square feet of flexible rental space, set up with everything you need to host a comfortable gathering of up to sixty guests.
Daily rates are based on your group size and include a refundable security deposit and a flat cleaning fee. Everything is due at the time of booking.
$15 / hour · 2-hour minimum
Prefer to rent by the hour? Setup and cleanup must fit within your booked time, and group size is capped at 30. The same security deposit applies; a cleaning fee is added only if the space isn't left in rentable condition.
A signed rental agreement plus payment of the rental fee and deposit confirms your date.
Cancel more than 7 days out for a full refund. Within 7 days, the deposit may be forfeited.
Pay by cash, check, or electronic payment. The deposit is refundable, less any damages.
No A/V equipment is provided — bring your own. Please bring coffee, utensils, and paper goods.
No smoking, vaping, or open flames (including candles) inside. Tables and chairs return to storage after use.
Permitted only with proof of host liquor liability coverage ($500,000 minimum) naming the Center as additional insured.
* The security deposit is 50% of the rental fee and is fully refundable, less any damages or trash fees ($3.00 per bag over three left behind). Full rental terms are provided with your booking agreement.
